RAJAN KHINVASARA
Chairman of Manisha Group
Rajan Harakchand Khinvasara is the Chairman of the Manisha Group of Companies, a prominent Pune-based real estate firm known for award-winning residential and commercial developments.
He is also a former President of the Billiards and Snooker Federation of India (BSFI) and has played a key role in promoting cue sports globally, including launching the Indian Open Snooker Championship.
An active member of leading industry bodies, he is also involved in social and charitable initiatives and has been nominated thrice for the Padma Shri Award.
Abhishek Khinvasara

Director, Group Companies
Abhishek Khinvasara is the Managing Partner of Manisha Constructions and Director across the group’s ventures. A Civil Engineer from MIT Pune with an MSc in Management from Bayes Business School, London, he brings strong technical and strategic expertise.
Since 2009, he has driven the group’s growth through innovation, project planning, and market insight. He is a member of CREDAI Pune, FHRAI, IGBC, and NAREDCO.
